Actual Tiara design measures 2.6 tall x 3.4 wide. Small PYO is 2.9x2.9 PLEASE be sure to pick the right size for you.  These are designed for cookies flooded all the way to the edge. 
Black color is the transferable design.  

This is designed to fit the 3.5x 4.5 cutter or the 3x4 cutter.
